Why we exist

Most bad job experiences start before the first day: a rate that turns out to be lower than advertised, a shift pattern that appears at the interview, a role described as remote that is not. Those surprises are not accidents. They are what happens when the terms are treated as a negotiation instead of a fact.

GardenNest was set up the other way round. Every role we publish carries its pay range, its shift and its location in the posting itself. If an employer will not agree to publish those terms, we do not take the assignment — not because we are precious about it, but because a candidate who knows the terms is a candidate who stays.

How we work

You deal with one coordinator from your first reply to your start date. They know the role, they know the client, and they will tell you if the fit is wrong. When you apply for a role through this site, we read the application ourselves — we do not run it through a keyword filter and leave you guessing.

We place people into four families of work: customer support, warehouse and logistics, office and administration, and technology and remote operations. Across all four we offer remote, part-time and full-time arrangements, and we say which one a role is before you apply.
